SMS and Text Message Privacy

When you submit a quote request on our website and check the TCPA consent checkbox, or when you otherwise provide express consent, you opt in to receive transactional SMS messages from Super Ivan LLC regarding your moving quote, scheduling, pickup and delivery updates, billing, and customer service replies. The following applies specifically to phone numbers collected for SMS communications:

  • Purpose of collection: Transactional SMS only — quote responses, scheduling, move status, billing, and customer support. No marketing, promotional, advertising, or third-party offers.
  • Phone numbers are NOT sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS notifications are used exclusively by Super Ivan LLC to communicate with you about services you have requested or purchased.
  • Processor: SMS delivery is performed by Twilio Inc. (our SMS infrastructure provider), which is contractually restricted to message delivery only and is prohibited from using your phone number for any other purpose.

  • Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies; typically 1–10 messages per quote or move.
  • Retention: Phone numbers are retained for the duration required by federal regulations for interstate household goods carriers (minimum 7 years) or until you request deletion, whichever is longer. Opt-out preferences are retained indefinitely on a suppression list so that re-subscription does not occur accidentally.
  • Consent records: We record the date, time, IP address, and consent text version when you opt in, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 47 USC § 227) and FCC regulations. These records are retained for audit and compliance purposes.
